Terrible service by Hollywoodbets

It's very sad that I find myself having to write about the poor service I keep receiving from Hollywoodbets and I do believe it's the last because after this I'm definitely closing my account with them. I made a deposit to my account which should have taken approximately 15 mins to be allocated but no, 12 hours later I still wait for the allocation of the funds and all I get from their agents is to wait. This is unacceptable
