terrible service

Hi ,

hollywood is quick to cancel or result a bet that loses but when you win they take ages to result a ticket, my friends and i caught a nice soccer bet last night and they holding all of our tickets back saying 1 game isnt resulted yet the team won 6 nil lol, they are robbing us by saying to us the 36hour rule will apply if the team doesnt play within this time...

the agents that deal with our calls dont even know what is happening as 1 agent said she can see the game was played and won , she will escalate and then she comes back on the call with a different response mxm... honestly should rather use betway as they are transparent.
