Terrible service as always
Once again I have to fight to get my deposit cleared with you guys. The Standard Bank excuses are too common now. When will you guys actually fix problems for the amount of money you make

30 Aug 2025, 13:28I received a call saying my money was transferred and I’ve played with it last night. I’ve explained I didn’t use the platform and constantly checked and there was no transfer done. The agent insisted on telling me what I did as if I didn’t my know what I do with my life. Honestly the service gets worse on a daily. The arrogance of your reps speak volume as to your business
