Terrible service, as always

I cannot believe I reactivated my account to be troubled by your terrible service again. After so much money I spent on your platform you still have the audacity to treat me like you do. I have waited for my withdrawal for 24 hours now and all I get to be told is to wait more as the bank is experiencing the problem. If you cannot process my withdrawal, then return my money into my account. I want my account closed after this withdrawal is complete. I'll go elsewhere
