Terrible service and Ridiculous waiting time

I am actually tired of Hollywoodbets and their poor service. I qualified for a R50 bonus days ago, because I unfortunately referred a friend. I spoke to about 4 different consultants and they confirmed that I qualify for the promotion and I should wait 24 to 48 hours. This time has lapsed and I am still reaching out to them to try to get the amount credited into my account. I have waited over an hour just to get a consultant to speak to me, it is actually almost 2 hours now. I am so appalled by how bad the service has gotten. If the book is growing, more people need to be hired to help service us. I have been a client for a very long time and I just feel Hollywoodbets thinks that they are too big for their clients. which is really unheard of. This is not the only betting website I use, I must say Hollywoodbets had the worst turn around time for anything when it comes to service.
