Terrible service and communication skills Not good enough!!!

Terrible service, starting to look like a **** ! The one agen I did speak to on Hollywood bets chat bots had a ****tail attitude and ensured the matter would be resolved by 28th Jan 2023 which I was short credited with after the initial amount of R350 was 1st deposited and went off of my bank account i only received R235 credited and R115 short, I escalated this and received a ticket number and had to provide a long list of details with proof op payment, 2nd issue last night 28th Jan 2023 I again deposited R250 and it was not credited to my account I reported again via mail no reference received tried calling they drop the calls, even tried the chat bot and it just never connects to a consultant even after waiting the Ave waiting time, 3rd issue on the bets **** with the bonus balance I played a soccer bet which I won R185 it says paid out yet nothing credited, when trying to report it again no consultant and they dropped the calls, I'm sure their call volumes are high with all the complaints however they are not communicating with their customers via a bulk message even apologizing for the inconvenience caused this is poor communication from their end and no current resolution is given , this is making people distrust and making it seem like a ****, how many people do they owe money and when will this be fixed ? Very disappointed in hollywoodbets , get it fixed and credit us our cash back !
