Terrible service

Wish I could rate them a 0 honestly

The customer service is really terrible Its going on to the forth week and my issue of the airtime purchased is still not resolved. Its been " escalating " for 4 weeks now and I'm sick and tired of hearing it

This should be posted all over social media of how terrible the customer service is at Hollywood bets.

This needs to be sorted out !!!
