Terrible Service

Hi,

I did 2 ABSA cashsend early January from my Hollywood account into my mobile number *** and still didn't receive both the voucher number. I called HWB over 5 times with no proper answers - all they say is "I'm escalating". It's been 3 weeks now, terrible service.
