Terrible Service

Hollywood for no reason whatsoever closed my account apparently their auditing department - when you try long on - states "Client is no longer Active" They switched my account off on Thursday midnight and no reason is given. I have been calling to the Helpdesk since yesterday called them 4 x Yesterday the person Innocent (supervisor) promised to call me back – no return call, Hlengi – also promised called me back. I spoke to Zamani this morning – he tells me Hollywood has the right to switch my account off and no need to let me know??? I just need my account reinstated so I can withdraw the funds – the service is beyond shocking, How can they turn an account for no reason & not let the customer know?? And you cannot get any feedback from the helpdesk since they simply send an email to the auditing department – How can a company refuse to assist a customer
