Terrible, No Remorse platform I've encountered.

My experience with Hollywoodbets is terrible..I joined them a year ago and up until this day I've never withdrawn a cent from them. It's come across to me as their strategy. I've sent my Fica documents through a few weeks ago. No Sms was sent as promised so I'm under thee impression my account has been verified and all is well just as I want to withdraw just like thee other times I can't. My documents are outstanding if you guys are really fair towards your clients why do we have to go through he'll with our own funds this is frustrating. Please help me out Here
