Terrible Hollywoodbets withdrawal experience

I topped up more than 10 times it was very efficient for them to take my money, however as soon as I win I tried cashing out via Instant money services it's been over "48hours" and I still never got my notification with pin. I even tried their live chats service twice with Themba and Nokzola and I emailed them however my live chats are being ended without any help, and what makes it worst is that I worked In credit control and our my clients was treated with a huge sense of urgency. I am really unhappy and I would suggest people don't join Hollywoodbets they just the worst.
