Terrible customer service, feeling ****med!!!

I am so frustrated by hollywoodbets, i have been sending FICA Documents since Tuesday 27th April, i dont know how many times. Their response is always to send my PROOF OF RESIDENCE which i have been sending, so now i sent proof of residence which is clear and shows all details then their response is " I should send proof of residence in my name" which name exactly as everything is in my name and clearly shown. I am sick and tired of this, posted in their facebook page and have not been assisted to date, sent numerous emails. Is this a way of ******** people their winnings???
