TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never received such bad customer service. I withdrew funds yesterday but they wanted fica. I uploaded the fica and received an sms that I must resend my ID and proof of address. I resent it and have not received any feedback from them as yet.... I think I will stay with Supabets as I have never encountered problems with lack of feedback or assistance. I also regret referring people to Hollywoodbets. I will never do it again...
