Terrible customer service
Absolutely no customer care , not one single person has helped me , keep getting pushed around on Facebook to messenger , but now they don't even do that. Email don't even bother to reply , just get a automated message. It is seriously just beyond me how they cannot assist anyone , I "won" a voucher from them 3 days ago and I have received no communication or received no feedback . I would love for someone to just let me know what's going on
