Terrible customer service and withholding winnings.
Terrible customer service and withholding winnings. I logged a ticket 8 days ago for winnings that were not credited to my account only to have to follow up with escalations twice because they sent the escalation to the wrong department. The last escalation was 4 days ago and every time I follow up they just tell me there is no feedback. *****ing people's money.
