Tedious account recovery process

I had not used my account for a while now it's closed. I wanna recover my account and YOH, it's like I'm requesting a million bucks, they want me to take a pic holding my ID and it must not be a selfie. Someone must take that pic, I stay alone, where the hell am I gonna get that someone? I rather register with other online betting companies. Thank you
