System Error Bets disappeared

Hi,

On Friday 02/07/2021, I placed a bet on Fairview Race 2, Horse (1) Timeoff, stake R50. the horse won when trying to trace bet on history suddenly disappeared. Contacted consultants and they confirmed system had error and developers were working on it, I must wait 24-48 hrs

Now over 48hrs, still not paid for my win. This is an inconvenience from Hollywood. Thereafter I have not seen any communication to us clients that there was an issue. I'm not if this will get resolved
