Suspended account

4 days ago I found out that my account had been suspended, no one could tell me why and I still have a balance on my account that I now couldn't withdraw. I called Hollywoodbets several times, I sent through the required documents for the re activation of my account and I waited the 48 hours like they asked, but still my account is suspended. I then called back and asked then to refund me the balance in my wallet and close the account as I was very upset, and they told me that wouldn't be possible. I am very frustrated with their lack of communication and their unhelpful service.
