I made a deposit on friday and because of technical issues my bank account was debited but no credit done on my Hollywoodbets account. I called 3 times and spoke to different agents whom explained the process to me. Monday morning I then called and was answered by NELISWA ZUMA. She kept me on the phone for 11 minutes while assisting me and eventually allocated my deposit and credited my account.
