Submitting Fica documents is an IMPOSSIBLE NIGHTMARE!!!!

I signed up with HWB late last year and I've never been able to withdraw because of their Fica process. I have a brand new phone with an AMAZING camera and it keeps on telling me "poor image quality" when trying to upload my selfie. I can NEVER SPEAK TO A HUMAN about my problem - and when I do, they give me a Selfie101 lesson as if I'm stupid. I want to be able to submit my documents IMMEDIATELY so that I can enjoy my online casino experience and become a regular HWB player. But at the moment, I can't withdraw a cent due to this stupid glitch in their system. HWB, please respond and find a solution ASAP!!!!
