Stupid Lukhona

I contacted Hollywoods regarding a concern that someone is usingy ID NO without my knowledge or concern and I was told the issue was resolved, then months later I wanted to open Hollywood bets account but still my ID No already existed in their system so I didnt understand then I sent an email for me to assisted by stupid Lukhona who could'nt assist Iam not sure how if the person knows what is required of them to do or s/he is pure stupid, Iam really furious I want this whole thing to be solved ASAP
