Struggling with eft withdrawal

I'm having problem linking my *** bank account. It always says your account does not meet kyc standard. The agent advised to clear cache but it didn't work. I'm unable to withdraw via eft. But all other withdrawal methods are excellent. So help me to add account so i can withdraw via eft please.
