Stop rigging your games...And pls pay up or money that was won.

Terrible gaming site.so tired of complaining as the livechat is all up 2 bull****.i have made a withdrawal from my account how ever it was rejected called relevant people incharge said i need 2 wait turn around time which is 24 hours time as long passed nowi called them again n they now say i need 2 wait another 24 hours so thats 48 hours turn around time for money which belongs 2 me.these games are rigged when ever its a free spin the game closes.as im playing a game all of a sudden it shows i have zero rands left den i must close the game and re open or get a hold of the call center.how is itpossible it shows me zero on my sideand da consultant will tell be i need 2 clear my browser history den go back w the game.all this just cost more money than ever winning on a game.i have contacted the call center more than winning on a game.somebodypls do something coz im sure im not the only person having dis issue.Hollywood bets stop rigging the games and *****ing our money also pls stop holding back our winnings which takes 4 days and more 2 pay.please i wid like immediate help if u can not assist me den u leave me with no option than 2 get help from the gambling bord or the ombudsman.
