i wont hold my breath i have never ever been contacted with response to an escalation always have to run after you. ill add it to the pile still waiting for some as far back as January you still haven't provided feedback on if i ask just escalate again so saying you escalated it has lost all meaning and is just basically a slap in the face. anyway if you actually read this its not for you to respond to so I'm actually confused as to what u escalated and where to. just another example of how u don't even bother reading just escalate move on.

Still nothing as usual. I don't know why you even bother to respond here as you just never do what you say you will or what you are supposed to do.

Still nobody in touch. So that's one promise 29 match they would, one promise 03 Aug another 06 Aug. And now the 26th of August 5 months after first promised still nothing from so called escalation team. Why bother lying on here it won't make you look better I will say you didn't every time you don't.

Also I'm gonna have to ask hello Peter about your response rating as I see business get rated on Thier response time and all but a bull**** lie response like you give should actually be a negative to that
