****** Money

Last night 13 January 2023 i loaded R150 on my Hollywoodbets account. I played on Spina Zonke and at around 21h00 I cashed out an amount of R500. After not receiving any notification of the withdrawal I called your contact centre and spoke to someone claiming to be a teamleader by the name of Londi.

I explained to Londi that twice that day the Hollywoodbets site had kicked me out and when i logged back in there was no money reflecting in my account dispite having a positive balance when i was kicked out. She advised that Hollywoodbets were experiencing technical issues and they were currently dealing with numerous complaints of this nature. I explained that i withdrew the R500 and on investigation she found no record of the withdrawal. She said she would escalate and get back to me but never did. I find this behaviour unacceptable and unprofessional to the fullest extent.

I called again this morning as i still have no withdrawal messages and no transfer sms from FNB eWallet and the consultant was no help whatsoever as all you teach your staff is to stick to a stupid 24 hour ******* explanation.

I withdrew that money and i want it TODAY.

If I dont get my money today Ad on will escalate this issue directly to Owen Heffer to resolve and explain to him how money just disappears from user accounts. I will follow that up with a ******** charge at SAPS as this is *****ing.I wasted a total of R100 in airtime calling you and still you cannot resolve the issue. Give me my money please.
