Still Waiting for the call

I previously made a post on this platform and although I did receive a call from a representative, I was not able to take the call at that moment I am still waiting for the representative to call back which he promised to do the next day!

I tried using the live chat and was pushed from pillar to post by various agents in the span of less than an hour and the brilliant advise I was given is "try and increase your bet amount", I don't expect to always win but you seriously cannot always lose, no matter what game you play (on different days of the week and different times of the day) as I am told the reel results are supposed to be random.

Don't think I will be advocating or recommending Hollywoodbets anymore.
