But hollywoodbets didn't give any bonuses I have been inquiring since 28th January but they don't want to respond

Okay yesterday(5 February) was my birthday they sent me message to deposit R100 or more to receive additional R50 and I did deposit and claimed but they didn't give me the R50 bonus. What's going with Hollywoodbets?

I'm loosing trust in this betting platform serious they are so unprofessional.
