STAY AWAY FROM TOURNAMENTS ON HOLLYWOODBETS

So I’ve been playing on Hollywoodbets for almost 4 years with absolutely no issues. I’ve won big, I’ve lost a lot too — but that’s the risk of gambling and I fully understand that. Over the years I’ve experienced every emotion possible while playing there.

Unfortunately, they are now leaving me with no choice but to give a bad review.

I recently played in a tournament and finished in 13th place, which according to their own rules and terms meant I won R2000. I was informed that the payout would reflect within 48 hours. It has now been 8 days.

I have emailed, called, and sent multiple messages, and every time I just get told that it “will be paid this week.” Well, it’s now the end of the week and still no payout.

What frustrates me most is that they never make us wait when it comes to taking our money to play, but when it’s winnings or “free money,” suddenly there are delays and excuses.

So honestly, why should people even play these tournaments if they’re not going to pay out the winnings? I would strongly suggest staying away from the tournaments and daily tournaments because what’s the point of playing if you never receive the money you won fairly?

Why have terms and conditions if you don’t stick to your own rules?
