STAY AWAY !!

It's been two weeks now I haven't received my withdrawal and refund . Everyday I call and and get told the same thing that its going to be escalated and will be recieved within 24 to 48 hours . I've spoken to over 5 consultants on the chats made over 10 phone calls and all of them just give the same story . The customer service department is pathetic they don't know how to speak to clients .I've spoken to a 'manager' who made false promises as well . They have been deleting my posts off Instagram. They also commented on hello peter that someone will call me till this day nothing . No body can give me a straight answer as to whats happening I've requested calls that I made to them because I would like to take this further, the consultants say I should open up a case at the police station first . I'm tired of the excuses that they giving me and wonder if the are actually going to pay
