Spina zonke game especially hot fruit is a **** and deceive people's money.
I have started playing hot fruit game in 2021 and the game was good up to until they added another extra slot of hot fruit in 2022. they triggered the machine, when you get six or 12 spin they only pays 3 out of 6 or pays 4 out of 12 spins unlike before they triggered the machine. I have tried to play since january 2022 till 09 june 2023 hoping that I will recover the money I have lost with this game and but still no luck of winning. I am in deep depths because of this game. I have lost almost more than R600 000 thousand since I have started playing this game for the past 2 years. Today I decided to quit gambling and I'm urging those who have just started to quit before it is too late. Spina zonke games are ****s, deceive and misleading people of south Africa. Gambling board should investigate and stop this type of the games.
Good day,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are sorry to hear that your recent gaming experience has not met your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be to experience a prolonged period without significant wins, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Please be advised that all games available on the Hollywoodbets platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means that every spin and game round is completely random and independent of previous outcomes. As a result, neither Hollywoodbets nor the game providers can predict, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any game.
While winning opportunities are built into the games, there is no guarantee of a win within a specific number of spins, and it is possible to experience periods where winnings are infrequent or lower than expected. Similarly, bonus features such as free spins are triggered randomly, and the rewards generated from these features can vary significantly from one game round to another.
We encourage you to explore different games, betting markets, and entertainment options available on our platform, as each game offers unique mechanics and payout structures. However, it is important to remember that gambling should always be viewed as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income.
Should you feel that your gambling experience is becoming frustrating or overwhelming, we encourage you to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on our website
Remember, it's more fun when it's fun. Play Responsibly!
