Instead I recieve a R2.18c and they tell me the payout was correct. The query has been escalated many times and me having proof of what i say did not change the outcome. No feedback was helpful or valuable at any point just met with the standard expressionless answers, claiming I did not win that money. The issue remains unresolved.
