Slow Payout time - not very happy.

I dont understand why its always such a long wait for withdrawals. Please assist with payment of my R10130 withdrawal - normally withdrawals come through within 1 - 2 hours, most cases immediately its now 12hours chat support does not help. In the past I waited 4 days sometimes calling and emailing with no responses. Please assist with this "Pending Authorization" of the withdrawal - Thank you
