Slow payment process than before. Something is lacking now

I made a withdrawal on the 30th and yet my payment is still pending confirmation from the payments department. I had to wait 30 minutes to reach a call center and lady called Nonhlanhla strictly told me that it is up to their payment department as to "when" they will process my funds. I have withdrew 70000 and it sucks to hear even the representatives they are clueless and kept on saying we must call back to check. I also logged a call via email and no response at all. This is surprising cause i withdrew 7000 a day or two prior to my current withdrawal and it was processed same day. I had also made withdrawal of 160 000 in the past and it didn't take this long for my funds to reflect.

@Hollywoodbets, you can do better than this. If there's a backlog kindly inform us and, an online portal where instant assistance is available could work best for your clients.
