<p>Hi.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whats going on with fnb to fnb?? These delay thing is starting to get on my nerves.can u please fix ur stuff.and yesterday i bet hollysixa and the ticket is still pending why? I NEED THE MONEY THAT I DEPOSITED TO YOU GUYS IN MY HOLLYWOOD ACCOUNT PLEASE.OR REFUND ME.COS CANT DEAL WITH THESE STUPID DELAYS</p>

We have asked our team to contact you to see if we can get a proof of payment. We have also asked our Events team to look immediately into why your HollySixa bet has not been paid out as yet. Our team notified us yesterday that they had eventually cleared the deposit to your account. Once again, we were having issues with FNB access as they were down, which caused a delay for a lot of our customers. We apologise for this. With regards to the HollySixa, I don't see any HollySixa bets or pending bets on your account. There was a Soccer Special bet played on Saturday, and for these bets we have to wait until the TAB/Soccer 6 declare the result and dividend official. This normally can occur anytime between 10.30 to 1.30pm depending on when they do it. We hope that everything has now been recitifed on your account, and you can continue playing.
