Sloppy Service

After many years with Hollywoodbets I have decided to close my account with them. Although they have some excellent features which the others don't have, there service level have declined.. Failing to reply to queries... Deposits going missing... Airtime voucher purchased and not received... And the final one the big decider is my withdrawals going missing..... Waiting up to 2 weeks... That has never happened before.. Disgusting

So I will be trying out your competition... I hate sloppy service... And from such a player in this field... Disappointing...
