The same thing is happening to me and im currently gok g through exactly the same thing. You said they sent you proofof payment, but ABSA said it doesn't exist.... Right?

Well im a police officer. If you could email me a foto of that proof of payment and let me get confirmation from ABSA in writing that the reference no. Does not exist, nor do they have record of such transaction, i will personally open tbe docket of ***** against them and see to it that the person responsible gets arrested and brought before court.... Cause then they provided you with falsified documentation, as if the documents were true.. And that is a perfect example of *****.
