Sies Hollywood bets

Probably the worst experience of my life. I have been trying to upload my fica documents with them and after numerous failed attempts i was told that my photo does not match the foto they have from home affairs of when i was 18.im 38 now and sent them fotos of my id card front and back even photos with my old id. Photos of me standing with my new and old id. I contacted them directly just to get the worst responces ever. None of the operators are helpful and all of their answers differ from each other. I sent 2 emails with all fotos needed to prove everything. Why is this so difficult and why does hollywood bets not care about customer service. Imagine it was as easy to get you money from them as it is to give it to them.
