Sick and tired of Hollywoodbets

Truely speaking im sick and tired of Hollywoodbets everytime its me laying a complain. Now my account its on minus balance when I try to make a deposit still chows my money. Instead of my balance to go up it goes down.i can't even place bets.as for their customer service what a waste of time.all they know is we will escalate your matter.what a big company but with bad customer service. I am feed up now.
