Shocking Terrible Service from the Live chat Agent...Totally disgusting!!!

Hollywoodbets bets live chat agents are very unfriendly I had a issue a few minutes ago where I did instant money withdrawal but I only received the voucher pin and not the voucher no,I then decided to contact deposita and withdrawal department the agent ask for all my details which I gave but never gave his or her name the it just said "agentv" in the chat, the agent also just said the text message will come through in two hours, when I asked for the agent's name the agent rudely ended the chat even though the agent could clear hear that I have some more questions.My Cell no is. *** account no *** please investigate such people give your company a bad name and I've been with you guys for years.
