**Dispute Regarding Hollywoodbets Medunsa Spin Game Bet Amount**

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a dispute with Hollywoodbets about a game called Medunsa (Spina Zonke).

I had more than R1,000 in my account and decided to play Medunsa using a bet amount of R2 per spin. After a few minutes, I landed a winning combination of four matching symbols (the man riding a horse), and the game paid out approximately R160.

After this win, I noticed that a large amount of money had disappeared from my balance. When I contacted Hollywoodbets, they informed me that I had allegedly been betting R60 per spin. I strongly dispute this because I intentionally selected a R2 bet amount and would never knowingly bet R60 per spin.

What concerns me further is that the payout of around R160 does not seem consistent with a R60 spin bet. If I had truly been betting R60 per spin, I would expect the winnings and game records to reflect that clearly.

I have requested that Hollywoodbets investigate the matter and provide detailed game logs showing:

• The exact stake amount for each spin. • Any changes made to the bet size. • The timestamps of those changes. • A full breakdown of how my balance was deducted.

I believe this matter deserves a proper investigation, as I do not agree with Hollywoodbets' explanation and feel that my concerns have not been adequately addressed.
