Shameful!

We should be able to rate them a 0! This is how horrific my experience has been this morming with the Hollywood Sports Bets Chatsworth Branch!The manager is unfriendly, rude and should go for some people s****s training... she passes this customer service trait to her staff clearly in particular Simangele!She has to be the worse consulant we have ever dealt with betting with hollywood for the past i cant even tell you how many years!After today and the treatment we received we will be closing our hollywood account, which we are very active users and probably bet more than your average punters!We will not be stepping foot in any hollywood or placing any bets at any course that we travel too!!We also will be encouraging our friends and family who are just as big of punters and horse owners to do the same!I am 7 months pregnant and to receive this treatment from an agent of hollywood is unfair and digusting!!!!I will now be moving over to betting world... hollywood say goodbye to one of your most loyal customers due to the one person on a sunday morning who did not wake up on the right side of the bed!Would url keep her or lose a customer that punts daily over?
