Shambles

The Hollywoodbets system has been in shambles the whole day. Bets are not accepted and a pop message indicate you have no or minus balance. Its been difficult to access the account at times and sime functions are disabled. Reported to the helpdesk with their responses being totally redicilious. I dont the staff dealing with complaints are adequately trained and lack knowledge to attend to them properly. The management seems to dont care as some complaints come a long time back.
