Hollywood closed my account on 05/04/2023 with exactly R3801 in the balance. My deposit plus winnings. I didn't even get to withdraw. After almost 3 years trying to recover my Hollywood account . The R3801 is gone. I've chatted with 9 different agents trying to get my money back they all give me attitude except for 2 who confirmed the exact missing amount which is R3801 both confirming the account was closed with that money inside. The Hollywood 2 agents confirmed themselves that my money is missing. But still now no refund they won't give my money. Hollywood is a ****.
