service not up to standard ,voucher was not credited

I bought a voucher on 8/01/2024 but there was technical error on Hollywood system, the voucher did not load saying it was invalid .I called the next day but I was not assisted , I wrote emails which my case was closed without any assistance, I think I called more than 4 times giving them my reference number but I'm being told different stories by different consultants. Till today I haven't been assisted ,NO REFUND for the voucher I bought
