I made an EFT withdrawal from my Hollywoodbets account to my bank on the 5th April I didn't receive the funds in the morning I contacted one of their agents and the agent told me when I made the withdrawal my bank was offline so his doing a reversal for the funds to go back to my Hollywood account he told me it will take 24h I waited till Monday the 8th of April I contacted the agents I was told the reversal was not done then I sent the proof of conversations with the agent they seem not to care I'm very disappointed
