Seems there is no customer service

I am really not happy with them i tried to contact them via live chat but it keeps disconnecting then tou have 2 wait in the queue for almost an hour just to see you are disconnected again. They emailed me an ticket number but i have been trying to contact them since last night. I also don't seem to find an email adress to get a hold of ownpay. They deducted the R70 but never credited it.
