****ing betting DNT want to pay winnings

this is the worst betting club they can't attend to complaints. I have contacted them for them to close my account for it was hacked but thy didn't do dat even after sending supporting documents for them not to allow withdrawal from my account . nw i can't login thy dont respond to emails. they should stop ****ing us . I need my winning then I can jus close the account for it's not worth people trust
