****!!!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by these guys!!!!!! Spent in excess of 8000 in 1 day and made a single withdrawal of 1000!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT I AM STILL WAITING FOR!!!! Contacted the customer service 6 times, waited in the queue for 15 to 20 min every time, just to get to a consultant that hangs up with the excuse "THE LINE IS BAD I CANT HEAR YOU I AM DROPPING THE CALL" I called from a cellphone a land line and Teams......... I sent multiple mails, even attempted the online chat!!!!!!!!!!!
