I am so disappointed with Hollywood bets I have been trying to get my money refunded for over 1 year and still nothing I have called in multiple times your lack of customer care is disgusting. I think the money has been ****** by staff members and that is why no one can refund me or even address this issue 1 damn year later no one knows anything all they can say is its processing how long does it take to get a reversal done from e-wallet back into my Hollywood account, not 8 months I am very sure of that. Hollywood bets you are a **** unhelpful and extremely poor customer service.
