Sad to See How the Service Levels have Deteriorated Instant EFT OZWow

Dissappointing because since joining in 2019 customer service was great but and people called returned queries. Now I guess with growing service has dropped we are just numbers not valued anymore.. sad to complain but this is now gone really bad with service and systems instant eft still waiting since 24hours later...I have been a loyal good customer but it's time to change I may not spend alot but I think I will close my account and join Betway.

I did many Instant EFTs for 10k a night at 1 stage but now for R100.bucks you making people hang and not getting back to them I see I am not the 1st
